About TaraWhen

TaraWhen — kailan tayo libre?

Built this because every barkada plan starts the same way: "libre ba kayo Saturday?" — and for a small group that's enough. But once you're 8+ people deep, replies trickle in over two days, some people react instead of answering, someone says "kahit anong araw," and you end up manually cross-referencing everyone's half-answers in your head. TaraWhen exists for that exact moment when group chat coordination starts to break down.

What it is A mobile-first group scheduling tool. One person creates an event, shares one link, and everyone taps the times they're free — no login, no app to install. The organizer gets a heatmap showing where everyone overlaps, plus the best matching block for however long the hangout needs to be.

Who it's for Barkada planning a hangout, college orgs locking down a meeting, any small group (8+ especially) where Messenger coordination has started to feel like a chore. If "sino pa wala pang sagot" is a sentence you've said recently, this is for you.

How it works

Create an event — name, date range, time window, and how long the hangout needs to be (1 hour, 3 hours, whatever).

Share the one link — Messenger, Discord, wherever your group already lives.

Everyone taps their free times. No account, no sign-up, takes under a minute.

The organizer sees a heatmap of everyone's overlap, and TaraWhen finds the best block that actually fits the whole group for the full duration — not just the single busiest hour.

No accounts, no calendar sync, no notifications — kept it deliberately small so it does the one job well. Would genuinely appreciate any feedback, especially if you try it with your own barkada.
