The HIV Care Philippines is a free public service platform created to help every Filipino (PLHIV) find accredited HIV healthcare services with confidence, dignity, and ease.

In the Philippines, many people living with or at risk of HIV continue to face stigma, discrimination, fear of judgment, and limited awareness of where to access confidential treatment and prevention services. These challenges often delay HIV testing, treatment, and lifelong care, even when government supported services are available.

The HIV Care Philippines bridges this gap by providing a fast, accessible, and mobile first web application that enables users to locate Department of Health designated HIV Treatment Hubs and Primary Care Facilities offering Antiretroviral Therapy (ART), Pre Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), and HIV testing services across the country. Every facility listed is sourced from official Department of Health issuances, ensuring accurate, reliable, and trustworthy information.

Designed with accessibility and inclusivity at its core, the platform empowers people living with HIV, individuals seeking prevention services, healthcare professionals, advocates, researchers, and the general public to access essential healthcare information without unnecessary barriers. It supports informed decision making, encourages earlier diagnosis and treatment, and contributes to reducing the stigma surrounding HIV by making care more visible, approachable, and easier to access.

The HIV Care Philippines  is completely FREE to use for everyone. It does not charge users, display paid listings, or promote commercial services. Its sole purpose is to strengthen access to public HIV healthcare, improve health outcomes, and ensure that every Filipino can find accredited HIV care when it is needed most.
