The floor plan view gives the entire team a live map of the room. Every table shows its current state — free, occupied, or turning. Seat walk-ins directly from the map, or assign incoming reservations to specific tables without touching the main dashboard.
Add walk-in parties in seconds and track their position in the queue. Wait times are calculated automatically — so staff can give guests a real answer instead of a guess. When a table turns, Terminal sends the guest an SMS so they can wait anywhere in the venue instead of crowding the entrance.

Pull up any guest's profile during check-in or reservation arrival. See their visit history, active memberships, loyalty stamp progress, and any notes left by your team. Recognise a regular the moment they walk in — without asking.
One scanner for every guest interaction
A single scanner screen handles member check-ins, loyalty stamp collection, voucher redemptions, and event ticket scans. Select the flow, scan the guest's code, and Terminal takes care of the rest.
Built for your team
Staff sign in with a personal PIN. Their role determines exactly which tabs they can access — no accidental visibility into billing, analytics, or settings. Each Terminal device is paired to a specific location during setup using a one-time activation code. Multi-location restaurants run separate terminals per venue, each showing only that branch's data.
Access can be revoked from the Outdished dashboard at any time.
