About Haki

Students lose hours to a question that should take seconds — enrollment steps, registrar requirements, clinic and accounting procedures — buried in PDFs, bulletin boards, and secondhand advice, behind long office queues and campus WiFi that may not cooperate.

Haki puts your university's official documents on your phone and answers by chat or voice, instantly and entirely offline. Every campus answer is grounded in real policy documents and shown with its sources, so you get the actual rule, not a rumor.

What makes it different: there is no backend at all — no account, no cloud, no data ever leaving your device. Fast, deterministic document search works on any phone as the guaranteed baseline, and capable devices can switch on fully on-device AI for smarter retrieval, summaries, and general chat — with graceful fallback to source search if the model isn't available. Private by architecture, reliable by design.

More than an app, Haki is a working model for how institutions can serve information in the AI era: official answers for students and employees, delivered privately on any phone, with no servers to run and no data to protect. Any school or office could follow it.

Haki covers the policies and processes that don't change overnight. For time-sensitive updates — announcements, schedule changes, advisories — always check the official office Facebook pages and university platforms. Haki tells you the rule; the offices tell you the news.
