Kelan Tayo ("When are we?") kills the group chat back-and-forth that never actually turns into plans. Create a room, share a link or a short code, and everyone marks their busy hours on a simple 24-hour grid, no sign up, no accounts, no email.

The website instantly finds the best overlapping date and time across the whole group, plus up to 5 backup options ranked by how many people are free, shown on a live heatmap so it's obvious at a glance. The room's creator can lock in a final date once everyone agrees, and unlock it again if plans change.

New since launch: Regular Gala, a recurring mode for the crew you see every week, badminton every Saturday, tambayan every Friday, whatever repeats. Set your weekly schedule once with a lightweight, passwordless sign in, and Kelan Tayo tracks who's free from then on, no re-planning the same plan over and over. The base app stays exactly as anonymous as it's always been.

Built with privacy in mind from the start: no personal data beyond a display name (or an email, only if you use Regular Gala), room data isolated per room, and nothing tracked beyond what's needed to make the plan happen.
