Gesture Calibration

Gesture Calibration is a browser prank dressed up as an AI gesture-calibration tool.

Hand it to a co-worker, a family member, or a friend and tell them it's a new model that needs calibrating. The screen is clinical and convincing: readiness indicators, target markers, step counters. It walks them through hand sweeps, both hands up and down, a head turn, a neutral reference, and an expression change — all framed as "calibration data."

Then comes the "processing" screen, and the reveal: the poses they just performed, cut into a themed montage with background replacement, face decorations, effects, and music. From there you can customize the edit and download or share the video.

Privacy-first by design. There is no backend and no account. Camera capture, pose detection, background segmentation, compositing, and video export all run locally in the browser. No footage, images, or data are uploaded or stored on a server.

Free, no sign-up, works on phone and desktop. Best enjoyed with their reaction on camera.
