Beta
Athelstan
Help test Athelstan, a real estate listing and lead-generation web app that helps agents create clean, shareable property pages and collect direct inquiries.
What you will test
The main idea is simple: instead of agents only posting property photos, long captions, or scattered details on social media, Athelstan gives each listing a clean public page that can be shared through Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or anywhere agents already promote properties.
Visitors can browse listings, view property details, and send an inquiry directly to the lister.
This is still in early beta, so I’m looking for feedback before inviting real estate agents to test it with real listings.
Testing goals
* First impression: does the app clearly communicate what it is?
* Search experience: is browsing listings easy to understand?
* Listing pages: do they feel presentable enough for an agent to share?
* Inquiry flow: is it clear how a buyer/renter would contact the lister?
* UX issues: anything confusing, broken, slow, or unnecessary
* Product direction: what should be improved before inviting real estate agents?
* Value proposition: does this feel useful for agents, or is the positioning unclear?
I’m especially interested in honest feedback from builders, product people, real estate professionals, or anyone who has experience browsing or promoting property listings online.
Tester requirements
* Use a desktop or mobile browser
* Try searching/browsing listings
* Open one or more listing pages
* Check if the listing experience feels clear and trustworthy
* Try the inquiry flow if available
* Share honest feedback, whether positive or critical
Bonus if you are a real estate agent, broker, property manager, buyer/renter, or someone who has used property listing platforms before.
